With
the December 15th deadline for hours-of-service comments fast approaching time
is running out for submitting your comments. Although it would seem that the
proposed regulation is as good as dead, FMCSA will certainly try to resurrect
it. If you feel that your operation would be impacted by these regulations, be
sure to submit comments and let your congressional folks know your feelings. The
impact this regulation will have on the trucking industry is going to be
