FMCSA Operational Out-of-Service Orders?

FMCSA was not even fooling when they announced they would be shutting down unfit carriers or carriers who refused to pay their fines. The list of Operational Out-of-Service Orders (OOSO) is getting longer by the minute. Additionally, FMCSA is now posting the list on the Internet for all to see.

Over the years FMCSA (and its predecessors) have fought the same battles with the same carriers over and over again. Now with their expanded authority they have just gotten a giant stick to enforce their authority. Clean-up, pay-up or we'll close your doors.
